Shipping
Orders are prepared for dispatch with the product and order identifiers available in the transaction record. When a product has COA tracking enabled, review the available lot-specific document and match its identifier to the material; COA availability is not represented as universal. International Shipping Shipping availability varies by region and is subject to local regulations. Some jurisdictions restrict or prohibit the import of certain research compounds. Please contact us for information about availability to your location before ordering. Buyer Responsibility It is the buyer’s sole responsibility to ensure that receipt and possession of any research compound complies with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws and regulations.
Storage on Arrival
Unless otherwise specified on the product page or COA, compounds should be stored in a cool, dry, dark environment. Peptides should be refrigerated or frozen. Proper storage immediately upon receipt preserves the integrity confirmed by the Certificate of Analysis.
Returns
Due to the nature of research chemicals, we cannot accept returns on opened products. This protects the integrity of our supply chain and ensures no material of unknown handling re-enters inventory. Unopened Products Unopened products in their original, sealed condition may be returned within 14 days of receipt. Opened Products Opened products cannot be returned under any circumstances, due to the nature of research chemicals.
Order Verification
If your product label includes a batch number, contact us with that number and we can help verify the shipment record. When a lot-specific certificate or analytical report is available, the matching product page identifies it; a document should not be assumed for products without an explicit link.
